What size air conditioner do I need?

Measure the length of your room in meters and multiply that by the width of your room to get your room area in square meters. Now multiply your room area by 0.15. This gives you the power needed to cool/heat the room.

For example: a bedroom that is 3 meters by 3 meters is 9 meters squared in area. 9 meters squared multiplied by 0.15 equals 1.35. This means an air conditioner with 1.35kW is enough for this room. The smallest one we provide is the 1.7kW Mitsubishi Heavy, which would be plenty for this room.

How do I get started?

After we discuss and examine the job we will email you a written quote that you must read and agree to before accepting.
After the quote has been accepted we will lock in a day/time to carry out the job.

Terms and Conditions:

Payment

Payment must be made on the same day as the completion of the job.
Late payments and/or payment plans are not accepted.
Receipt of payment must be sent to the installer within an hour of job completion.

Deposit

If we supply any air conditioners, then we require a deposit for the total cost of the air conditioners before they are opened from their packaging.
Deposit may be paid after delivery at your premises, but before they are opened from their packaging.
No deposit required if you supply the unit.
There are no exceptions to this policy.

Non-payment

If payment is delayed for an extended period of time and no communication is provided by the customer then a construction lien will be placed on the air conditioner, rendering the premises unsellable.
